Missing item

Did not receive the additional Pinot Noir that I ordered. I notified your organization but no response other than they required photos of the missing wine! Ludicrous!

My mother received dead flowers and wine two days before we scheduled the order. The cake and card never arrived! I have called and emailed but still no response!! We spent alot of money and could not be any less satisfied.

24 hrs + late, bouquet looked significantly smaller in person and the balloon was not included though I paid for it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Would never use this company for gifting again

I sent a test gift to my client because we were thinking about using Blooms to send client gifts to about 500 students annually. However, I was highly disappointed with their customer service and the way my gift arrived.

I set a delivery date of Oct 28th when placing my order online and my gift was sent using 2 day shipping on Oct 27th, just 1 day before it was supposed to arrive. If you're looking for your gift from Blooms to arrive on a certain day, I'd recommend using another gifting company.

When I contacted customer service about this issue, they weren't helpful at all. They placed the fault on the mailing service, saying it was out of their control if the gift arrived late and declined to acknowledge that they shipped my gift late to begin with. Then they just stopped responding all together and nothing was resolved.

When the gift arrived (3 days late), it was cheap looking. The flowers were as pictured on the website - pink and green and wrapped in pastel pink and green detailing. And then the bottle of prosecco was in a black box and tied up with a royal BLUE bow??? So the gift had about 5 different colors and looked very uncoordinated, ultimately resulting in it looking like a 5 year old picked the color combinations.

Overall, my experience with Blooms was atrocious and I'd never use them again for gifting.

Delivery date change was not reflected

I requested to change the delivery date on one of my orders but it was delivered on the original delivery date. I tried to call the customer service line when I received a shipping notification with incorrect date, but I was on hold for more than 30 so I hung up. Not happy with the customer service.
