Disgraceful - Ratings Disaster

If I could give a rating of zero or worse I would. I spent $120 on a package of flowers and chocolates, only to have the flowers arrive four days after dispatch, in a UPS box, dried and withered. I have submitted an enquiry through the chat service and been provided with no response. I live in Australia and have been unable to get through to the help line. Disgraceful. I would like a full refund.

Paid extra for fastest Mother's Day delivery. Not only did they not deliver UNTIL I sent an email asking for a refund, I got no response, not even an apology. Instead, they kept the money and made the delivery over a week late. Buyers, beware!
