Not happy ruined my surprise

Incorrect gift sent .. didn't even order what I got .. just so disappointed knowing we rely on such service being away from loved ones

Poor Customer Service, No Assistance Once You've Paid

I got a friend $100 worth of flowers and gift baskets, the next day delivery took a week, which was completely fine as it was over the holidays. However, once it was "delivered", my friend immediately went downstairs to her mailroom and nothing was there. We figured it was a tracking number issue and I contacted the company (no response). A few days later there was still nothing, so I contacted the company again. Finally a week later I got a response (to one of 3 emails) that said "signatures are only asked for if it's possible (my friend was home and no one even rang her doorbell)" and that there would be no refund and I need to talk to Fedex if I have any issues - not them. They didn't even try to contact Shipping from their or try to resolve the issue in any way. Super disappointed in wasting my money on this company and will never use them again.

Amazing service

The flowers were beautiful and she loved them as they were her favorite kind of flowers which are carnations. Delivery was fast as expected and ever earlier and they listened to my note. Would recommend and use the service asgain.
