Flowers arrived dead a day later.
I’m requesting a refund. However, didn’t hear back from the customer service.
I ordered my flowers on May 8 from New York Blooms for Mother's Day on May 10. I chose New York Blooms as the option for 5/10 delivery was possible and other flower delivery websites could only do so a few days after mother's day.
I paid an additional $20 to get it delivered the next business day and I would have been completely fine if it arrived on Monday rather than Sunday as I understand how busy and last minute it all way.
Not only did I not receive a confirmation on when it was going to be shipped out, but I was not informed on the fact that they were not going to deliver it 5/19.
I understand that the coronavirus has thrown everything for a loop but please do not advertise a poor product if you are unable to deliver on time. Fancy paying a premium for late delivery. Never again New York Bloom, such a disappointment.
I ordered the Spring Morning Peony Box Set for Mother's Day. When it wasn't delivered as planned, I reached out to cancel my order but never heard back. A completely different arrangement (of wilted roses) was delivered 9 days after Mother's Day. When I reached out to customer service again, I received an e-mail stating that "substitutions may be necessary to fulfill orders in a timely manner, especially in the event that an order is intended for a special occasion." While I may have agreed to substitution without realizing it, I certainly did not agree for flowers to be delivered for a special occasion (Mother's Day) 9 days late. I reached out to customer service again and never received a response. Altogether, I received terrible quality flowers and customer service.
My order took 9+ Business days when I paid extra for 3 business days. The flowers arrived half dead, the balloon didn’t float anymore and the cupcakes were rotten. When I contacted them to say I would like a refund I got 0 from them and rude customer service as if it was ridiculous that I complained despite photos of cupcakes that looked like a Halloween mask. I couldn’t believe it. Very disappointing! Highly recommend to stay away from this brand as it’s a joke not to refund even a cent after something like that.
While the bouquet itself was nicely arranged, this isn’t what I ordered (there were no peonies in this bouquet at all), the order arrived over a week late for Mother’s Day, I couldn’t get through to representatives and there was no notice for when this would ship. Overall very unhappy with the experience and won’t be ordering again!
