                Incomplete package delivered. No compensation offered.

                Delivery with 2 out of 4 items missing. I Emailed same day, got response 7 days later. They said they ALWAYS add other gifts if something is missing in stick and asked for more pictures to prove that my order was not fulfilled. Embarrassed myself asking my Friend to click more pictures 1 week after delivery and forwarded to them. After all this they replied saying that items were missing at time of packaging and company “ HAD NO OTHER OPTIKB OTHER THAN TO OMIT THOSE ITEMS” without even notifying a customer who has paid for those items. As a final compensation they offered to deliver those items “ WHENEVER BACK IN STOCK”. Are you serious ?
