As I wrote to customer service on Dec 27: (still haven't had a response- but they did ask me to write a review- so here it is!)
My Mother in Law received a FedEx delivery of flowers yesterday Saturday December 26th. They were shipped 12/19, and she signed up for email & text alerts when she saw the sender was a flower place.
This is from her-
I am so sorry to say that they are frozen. I was immediately alerted when they arrived, and brought them in right away. I cut the stems and put them in a vase with water, but I am not very hopeful. There are over 2 dozen pastel roses, other flowers & greens. I think it would have been spectacular. I’m sure you paid a lot of money.
I am so grateful for a gift of flowers, and you are so thoughtful to remember they are my favorite things. I just think it isn’t the best idea to have them sent from a great distance to this climate. A local florist would be less risky. Linsk & Bachman’s would be a good choice. I remember having to use a local florist in Belle Plaine, IA to send flowers to Grandma Gage.
So, I hope you don’t mind my telling you this. I have pictures of the ice on the stems/flowers. I took their temperature with my new scan thermometer after they had already been in my 72 degree house for 30 minutes.
I'd recommend against this company (unless they rectify this situation- I'll let you know if they do!)
