I got cookies but paid for cheesecake, got the wrong bottle of wine and no balloons but also paid for. I wrote to the company and no feedback. It spoils my surprise.

Broken Cake

The cake looked like it had been torn apart.

Not ok

I paid for 2 day shipping, and then the package was not shipped until the following week and didn’t arrive until 14 days after my mothers birthday. The plant that we sent her was dead when it arrived and I was so disappointed. I reached out to the company when the order hadn’t even shipped or processed on her birthday and they said they couldn’t do anything and couldn’t cancel the order. Then I reached out when the plant showed up dead and they said there was nothing they could do. Extremely disappointing. So I paid for this and another package that was delivered ON her actual birthday.
