Do not order from this company. My package was delivered days after mother's day via UPS. Which was great because the flowers were wilted, there were balloons, and I paid for a fruit basket. Which consisted of whole fruit it a crown wicker Easter basket with a random handful of grapes. I was expecting the fruit to be cut up, for the order to me hand delivered, but it was terrible. Also, I ha e called and emailed them multiple times and they seem to always be busy.
I purchased 8 sunflowers and there were only 4. The 4 sunflowers that were there were wilted. The vase shown in the picture was not the vase received. Much lower quality. Very unfortunate. The flowers were for a nurse working in NYC in this pandemic too. :(
I choose a bottle of french wine that had a meaning for me ...they changed without contact me with a bottle of California.
No sense .
I will not recommend this company at all
Wasn't notified my mother in law wouldn't be getting what I ordered. The customer service response after days wasn't appropriate customer service. Sunflowers are out of season.....the vase in the picture isn't? Again, not notified by any means that she wouldn't get what I ordered at all. They need a different process. They reserve the right to send something different of same value??? Okay, but notify me, give me a choice to cancel the order even. I give it five stars. At first, one then two but then I realized that mistakes happen. Even in my job. All jobs. We are human but reviews are important to businesses. I needed to vent. I am sure that life will go on. Don't sweat the small stuff....right?
