Wrong items sent and New York Blooms will not return calls or emails

New York Blooms sent the wrong arrangement which arrived four days late (Mother's Day gift). I fully understand the shipping issue due to the virus BUT they sent the wrong item and totally ignore my calls. Ultimately, I am having to go down the dispute route. Be careful with this company

Ordered this terrarium as a little decorative piece to keep it in my cabin in the office. It reached me on time and was well packaged in a cushion padding to keep it safe. It looked really beautiful and would make a nice gift as well. Thank you!

It looked like a little landscape

A terrarium was a long desired thing for me which was fulfilled when received it as a gift from my daughter. It was pretty and adorable. The green moss with sand and pebbles looked like little plants along a sandy beach. I put it in my living room and it looks great. Highly recommendable.
