Horrible Experience

This was my first time ordering from New York Blooms and it definitely will be my last. When the gift arrived, the plant had been squished during transport, so the presentation was lacking. The strawberries and brie were shipped without any sort of refrigeration, FOR FIVE DAYS, resulting in moldy berries and EXTREMELY soft cheese. I tried to reach the company via email; however, kept getting send error messages. When I called the company, a person didn’t answer, nor was I able to wait on hold to speak with a person. I was forced to leave a voicemail. Not surprisingly, nobody has returned my call.

I ordered a rosemary plant but something else was delivered

I’m really very disappointed that the wrong order was delivered. No apology or any follow up from New York blooms. Totally unsatisfactory

Entirely different plant, no customer service

I ordered a rosemary plant as a condolence gift, noting that cooking with it would evoke happy memories of the deceased. The delivered plant was an aloe vera plant and arrived 3 days late. When I wrote to express my disappointment, I received a form letter with a screenshot informing me that by placing my order, I had agreed to all possible substitution. I understand substituting flowers in a bouquet, but an entirely different potted plant should have at least been acknowledged.
