NOT even herbs!

Bought this as a thank you gift and what she received was a begonia. NOT EVEN HERBS. Emailed and called this company and didn’t hear back. Also this is the 2nd review I’ve written for this product. The other mysteriously disappeared.

We have been charged 3 times for “free” shipping

The website says “Free Delivery in the USA” with a purchase of $100. We paid $123.91, and we got two charges for delivery on our credit card and another on PayPal, each for $16.47. The phone number listed is an answering machine. It seems mighty shady to me.

Delivery sucks and customer service is hard to contact!!

I sent this as a gift and the receiver got the wrong gift meant for someone else. Getting anyone to help fix this has been difficult!

Arrived on time but was nothing like the website description or picture

Ordered an herb garden for my mother’s birthday. The photo on the website showed a lush grouping of herbs in a wooden planter. What arrived was dried out twiggy looking rosemary and lavender with no other herbs. I contacted the company about it but never received a response.

New York Blooms is a scam

Ordered an expansive herb garden, recipient received a rosemary bush in a cheap wicker basket with no card. Ridiculous “substitute” and no refund or redo was allowed. Turns out there are tons of reviews worse than mine on Google about what was sent—rotten food, broken refunds or replacements. This place is a scam. Do not believe the reviews on the web site. Check Google first.
