I stated that the cake should Be delivered on 11 June but it already arrived on 9 June because I wasn’t notified the cake was sitting at the reception for two days and when the recipient except it, it was already molding.
Can’t review the tiramisu cake because it wasn’t sent. Instead a carrot cake arrived. Smashed. Without the balloons that were also ordered. Customer service won’t refund my money. Absolutely dissatisfied.
This was supposed to be a cake for a friend, with balloons and a card. She received a box of store bought cookies. Customer service told me they had to substitute for an equivalent product, I’m unsure how this meets standards. I’m waiting on my refund, no balloons, no card either.
This is a Scam the package arrived one month after and with a different product
I was so displeased when the person I wanted to surprise with her favorite cake "tirimisu" was certainly surprised with a cake that she is allergic to with strawberries.
I tried calling upon finding this out but the phone rang busy. besides spending the money needlessly and being embarrassed about the "surprise" I ended up buying a tirimisu through another online baker so my sister in law would receive by Christmas.
