NOT WHAT WE RECEIVED

We had this arrangement ordered for my mom who was just diagnosed with cancer. On Thursday 8/10 a package arrived from your business. What arrived was very nice however it was absolutely NOT this arrangement pictured. I have pictures of the receipt and what we received and I can’t even find a photo on the website of what was actually sent to us. We paid close to $90 after shipping and tax for what was supposed to be this beautiful boxed table arrangement only to receive fully closed tulip bulbs and irises. Now as of August 14 they are COMPLETELY wilted and have our kitchen filled with fruit flies. The card that was also sent with the flowers did not say anything close to what was written on the order, so I’m not sure who fills the orders after they are placed online but clearly they need some work. It is blatantly obvious it was that this is not the item we received. It was VERY disappointing that we did not receive what we paid for especially because what we were expecting was truly supposed to be beautiful. Not only was it not what we ordered but it honestly made my mom feel worse that we spent this kind of money to do something nice for her, only for us to be disappointed by what we actually received.
