Customers enjoy complimentary shipping on their initial month's subscription shipment. Subsequent shipments will be subject to shipping fees if the value of each shipment falls below $100. *Additional surcharges may apply.

Shipping and Delivery

Our plant subscriptions are shipped the first Monday of your subscription. For example, for a monthly order, they will be shipped on the first Monday of the month. For a semi-monthly subscription, they will be shipped in two-week intervals, always on the Monday. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our friendly customer service representatives. Care Instructions

For best results, keep your arrangement in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.

Refresh water daily and trim stems at an angle every 1–2 days when possible. Remove any fading blooms promptly to maintain overall appearance.

Care instructions are provided to help extend the life of the arrangement after delivery.

Alcohol Delivery Requirements

Products containing alcohol may only be delivered to recipients who are of legal drinking age. Government-issued identification may be required at delivery.

Alcohol cannot be delivered to schools, hospitals, or locations where restricted by law. If age verification cannot be completed, alcohol items will be removed from the order and refunded accordingly.
