Delivery
Next-day delivery is available across California. Delivery timing is confirmed at checkout based on the recipient's address.
Same-day delivery is available in Los Angeles for orders placed before 11:00am PT. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
At this time, HEART & THORN provides delivery within California only.
Order Details
A personalized greeting card is included with every order. Your message can be added during checkout.
If the recipient isn't available, the courier will follow standard delivery protocols to ensure the arrangement is left safely when possible, or a re-delivery is arranged.
Order changes may be accommodated if requested before design and dispatch. Please contact our team as soon as possible with your order number.
Because flowers are seasonal and perishable, substitutions may be made when necessary. In all cases, the overall design, size, color palette, and value are maintained so the arrangement feels consistent with what was ordered.
