    Wish I could give a zero star review

    Honestly, how can I rate a product that was never delivered? And when I asked for a refund the company fell back on their “substitutions” policy instead of dealing with my dissatisfaction with their service. A terrible company. Never using them again.

    Very disappointed - Horrible service on two orders

    I placed two orders in the same week and both orders were incorrect. I had ordered Lemon Bars for both and the recipients received a cookie and a cupcake (cupcake was flipped over and one of the baskets open). It was embarrassing as one of the recipients is allergic to chocolate and the other was my boss.
    I have tried contacting this company multiple times and no response or effort to fix the issue. Do not order from this company!! I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

    Worst experience, embarrassed by what was delivered

    I ordered classic lemon bars and balloons to be delivered to a client and what finally (2 days later than delivery date) arrived were store bought St. Patrick’s Day cupcakes in a plastic box and thrown into a wicker basket. I reached out to the company several times with zero efforts of anyone returning my call. This delivered gift for my client was nothing short of disappointing. Very unsatisfied.

    I ordered lemon bars and cupcakes for my niece. She received neither. Contacted the company. Still waiting for a reply...

    Terrible Service, Wrong Items, Rip Off

    Not only did they gift incorrect items that I had paid for, but the replacement items were CHEAP! I'm talking sliced AMERICAN cheese was acceptable when I ordered gourmet cheddar. I have filled out two complaint emails and still no response nearly 2 weeks later. On top of all of this, the disappointing basket was my Valentine's gift to my husband. I was totally deflated about my gift to him and it really put a damper on my day.

    Do not use this company. They rip you off and don't care to solve or correct mistakes.
