I ordered the "Luxury Truffles" and instead a box of square chocolates was delivered. Additionally, as mentioned in my previous review which was deleted from your website, the orchid that I ordered was a white one and instead a purple one was delivered. Same thing happened with the cake, a completely different one was delivered not to mention that it arrived completely destroyed as it was shipped in a box via UPS! I hope this review will not be deleted again and I look forward to receiving a reply from your customer service team, which I'm still waiting for after two weeks of this unfortunate delivery. I submitted an order on Thursday for Mother’s Day, paid $20 for next day shipping, and came 4 days later.
Blooms has extremely poor service and I recommend finding other flower delivery sites to order from. I placed an order for Mother's Day well before the deadline to be delivered on the same day. There were multiple issues with my order: Firstly, the recipient did not receive the item until the next day. Secondly, when the package was delivered, one of the items was missing. When the missing item finally got delivered four days later, it was in fact the wrong item and I have been charged $15 extra for a product I did not even order. I have tried calling the company's phone number many times during their opening hours since May 10 and no one picks up the phone. Furthermore, I have been sending multiple emails to the Blooms email address about my order and inquiring about the issues related to my order, and potentially requesting a refund due to the multiple errors with my orders and being overcharged and eight days later, I still have not received a response or any acknowledgement of the numerous errors made on this order. I am extremely disappointed in Blooms. Not only were there multiple errors with the order, they overcharged me $15 for an item I did not even order in the first place. I strongly recommend finding another company to order from.
