Delivery did not match order

The champagne ordered to go with the flowers was a bottle of Moët & Chandon. The bottle delivered was a Chartogne Taillet that does not even show on your website and that appears to be much cheaper on the market. I was not informed of this change of product on your part, and was not offered compensation for the quality difference in the product. I am truly embarrassed by what was delivered which is not the quality I wanted for the occasion.
The bouquet delivered did not correspond to the photo I chose it from either. It was supposed to be 24 stems roses, sober looking, which was perfect for the recipient. It turned out to be fluffy looking with a bunch of foliage and additional white flowers I did not care for. Customer service has been appalling.

My dear friend was retiring from Bell after almost 20 years and I wanted to get her something special. I ordered the "Prime Luxury Rose Bouquet - deep, vibrant blue and red roses that cannot be ignored. I also ordered a retirement balloon, a bottle of champagne and a home & gardens magazine. What my dear friend received was all pink roses, a bottle of champagne, NO balloon, NO magazine but instead some nut covered chocolate that I SURLY DID NOT ASK FOR as my dear friend is allergic to nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How embarrassing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The order was 220.00 and it was from a few people. When my dear friend sent out an email showing what she received, my email box flooded with comments like "that's not what we contributed to".. I emailed them and included a photo and this is what they sent me " we're sorry to inform you that the condition of the flowers delivered do not warrant a replacement or compensation. Based on the images submitted for review, the condition in which the flowers were delivered is nearly identical to their appearance prior to when they were dispatched from the warehouse. ******but NOT WHAT I ORDERED**************************
IF they had run out of blue and red roses which they picture on their website....or the magazine.....or the balloon ....or ALL THREE.....they should have called me to tell me instead of simply picking what THEY wanted to put. I could have gone out and bought chocolate and regular roses anywhere without incurring the cost you charged. YOU choose the items you did because they met YOUR needs. I will NEVER order from these guys again. I feel seriously ripped off. I CHOSE very specifically a site that offered all of these "extra's" because I wanted this to be special and it was nothing but embarrassing. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not What I Ordered

Flowers were nice, but I also ordered (as a gift) chocolate covered strawberries and they received cheap boxed/wrapped, drug store chocolates. Very embarrassing. No one even called or emailed to say they were substituting, and they still charged me for the strawberries. Very disappointed.

No communication

Ordered more than 2 weeks in advance because I was aware they were backed up bc of covid and overloaded with orders and the person I spoke to said that would be a good amount of time for my order to be processed and shipped. Not once in the two weeks did I hear back on status of my order. Even on the day my order was scheduled to arrive I had not received one email about my order. Didn’t arrive until almost 10 days after scheduled date. Kept calling and no updates or emails on status of my order. Poor customer service as well
