Sporting those primary colours proudly and fabulously, the Prime Luxury Rose Bouquet from Toronto Blooms displays deep, vibrant blue and red roses that cannot be ignored. This bouquet makes for a great gift for your partner or loved ones either by itself or combined with champagne, wine or chocolates and other gourmet delights.
This bouquet includes a bunch of red and blue roses gathered together in a clear cellophane sheet with a ribbon or designer twine. If you wish, you can add any wine, champagne, beer, liquor or gourmet gifts from our list of add-ons to this gift.
Flowers were nice, but I also ordered (as a gift) chocolate covered strawberries and they received cheap boxed/wrapped, drug store chocolates. Very embarrassing. No one even called or emailed to say they were substituting, and they still charged me for the strawberries. Very disappointed.
Ordered more than 2 weeks in advance because I was aware they were backed up bc of covid and overloaded with orders and the person I spoke to said that would be a good amount of time for my order to be processed and shipped. Not once in the two weeks did I hear back on status of my order. Even on the day my order was scheduled to arrive I had not received one email about my order. Didn’t arrive until almost 10 days after scheduled date. Kept calling and no updates or emails on status of my order. Poor customer service as well
Firstly they were delivered 2 days later than the desired delivery date. What is the use of you can't deliver it for the occasion!
And secondly there were no blue roses. Then why are you charging me so mich money for luxury rose if you cannot provide them.
This is the worst kind of service!!.
This was some of the worst service I ever received. I ordered on a Monday for requested delivery that Friday, buying myself two days ahead of Mother's Day. Mother's Day came and went and the flowers never arrived. I called and emailed but couldn't get anyone on the phone or to respond. Finally on Tuesday (8 days after I ordered and 2 days after mother's day) the flowers arrived. Of the three bouquets I ordered, one was dead on arrival and one was wrong. I know we are dealing with unprecedented times, but there's no excuse for this.
When I ordered flowers and chocolates covered strawberries, delivery and confirmation stated that the exact order will be sent and delivered on May 10. My mother received a totally different order and 2 days later. Flowers were already dead and there was chocolate covered strawberries.
