They delivered the day after guarantee but more importantly, what they delivered did not even remotely look like the flower arrangement I ordered. Their response was their terms said they could substitute flowers and flower arrangements at essentially their discretion. They were unwilling to correct, refund, or anything. They never answer the phone and always try to respond by text or email. This is an internet outfit.

Submitted order over one week ahead of desired delivery date. It was 2 days delayed & upon receipt the quality was terrible. After 10 emails of photos & feedback denied refund or any sort of comp. Shall never order from here again. Awful quality & customer service. So disappointing.

I have organised many gifts over the years, but I have never had such positive feedback as I did with your hamper.
