The bouquet it was delivered wasn’t the one I choose, it wasn’t deliver the same day as it was stated (It was delivered two days later) and the most important issue: they didn’t deliver the card with the message I added.
According to FedWx this was "left at front door" - not sure what that means for a building with 24-hour front desk, but flowers nowhere to be found. Form email from New York Blooms, twice, directing me to take it up with Fedex. In fairness, their t&cs absolve them of any responsibility for delivery issues. But not an experience I would repeat. if you offer delivery outside your local area, customers expect you to care if the delivery goes wrong, otherwise don't offer the service. Money wasted, occasion spoiled.
Wrong flowers were delivered and the cake was completely destroyed. After contacting NY Blooms, they blamed everything on Covid-19 and pretty much just said “sorry”. I understand the affects of Covid-19 on businesses but as a business owner myself, we would not continue to operate if we were unable to satisfy our customers.
I ordered it on 4/8 for next day delivery so it should have arrived in plenty of time for Easter (4/12) but for some reason it didn’t arrive until Tuesday 4/14.
