I ordered flowers 48 hours in advance to be delivered to my wife at work on her birthday (5/11) by 5pm. They never arrived. I tried to contact customer that evening. No live agent ever answers, you’re asked to leave a message. I’ve called multiple times every day since and left messages every time. No response. I’ve also emailed every day. No reply. The tracking number I was given says the flowers were delivered 5/17, six days late. My wife works at multiple locations and hasn’t worked at that location since her birthday. Don’t think for one second I won’t be getting a refund for this order one way or the other. This whole experience has been absolutely insane.
Avoid! Purchased same day flowers and they were delivered 8 days later!!!!!! They wouldn’t refund me after multiple times asking for a refund. Very disappointing.
Substituted my order without notifying me. Customer service was a robot via email that offered me no help or refund, no one to talk to on phone. Very unsatisfied. After reading other reviews i realized this is no secret to other people who were unhappy with their orders either avoid this company.
I emailed the company to request a special custom order for an airway doctor friend in New York who is treating Covid patients(!), but didn’t hear back, so went ahead and ordered online. I ordered a bouquet of flowers plus cookies and macaroons. I requested next day delivery. I received an email saying I needed to choose a different delivery address(!) and then received another email saying the package was successfully delivered to the nearest UPS office for pick up. Luckily my friend’s husband could pick it up and get it to the house before she got home from work. The bouquet was actually a pretty one with interesting flower choices, but it was not the one I had ordered. Lol I had read the reviews about this being a scam, so made my friend’ husband taste test the food, and he tried a macaroon that had been squashed and said it was good. I don’t know how the cookies were. Strangely, I had requested chocolate chip cookies but it looks like there were shortbread cookies in there. Not sure if she got the chocolate chip. In the end, she was thrilled and touched and it looked like a pretty presentation, and it at least arrived in her vicinity on the day. So, mixed bag, but not a scam.
